with limited damage. But don’t get down on yourself, get discouraged or quit trying to make healthier
choices.

You can feel guilty or shamed. Your resolve to eat better can be shattered. You can even easily become
demoralized and quit trying. Or you can use this as an opportunity to think about how to avoid the
same mistakes and build your resilience.

In reality it was only one day. Tomorrow grants you a fresh start and another opportunity to succeed.
